If you need to cancel your Paid Event ticket you can do so easily within the App. It’s really important to think about this thoroughly before you do it because you will loose your space and it might now be sold out.

How do I cancel my place if I can no longer go?

You can cancel your Event ticket via your account settings:

Go to settings> My Events > Events You Are Attending > Click on the Event > Click Cancel

What if the Event is cancelled?

If the Event is cancelled, all members will be emailed and refunded by default. The funds will be available in the account approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. The funds will be refunded to the account that was used to make the purchase originally.

Please note as per our terms, If you cancel an Event ticket within 24 hours of the scheduled Event time, you will not be entitled to any refund of the Event Fees.
